We call eKco a "Digital Content Distribution Platform". In simple terms, it's a very powerful, but easy-to-use tool that allows anyone to sell and distribute their videos, and other digital content, to anyone, anywhere in the world.
The first step is to register an account with us. Registration is free, and even during our Beta release, all usage is completely free also. Once you've created and validated your account, just login and you'll see that eKco is very simple to use.

Not at all. The great thing about eKco is that everything is contained within a single platform. So you don't need any special software, tools, or even special training to use it. Just sign-up and away you go.
The only thing we recommend is to make sure you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Chrome, or FireFox for the best experience when using eKco.
(You may still of course need special software to help you provide your videos and digital content.)
Basically, anyone, anywhere in the world with an internet connection can access eKco. So that means you can now literally sell your content to anyone, anywhere in the world whenever you want with eKco.

On eKco you can create individual videos, courses, or even playlists (mix of videos & courses) as you wish. And best of all, it's very simple to do. If you've uploaded video onto YouTube before, you'll find the process is very similar.

Receiving payment on eKco is very easy. All you need is the email address for your PayPal account. If you don't already have one, you can sign-up for one in a matter of minutes from http://www.paypal.com.
Best of all, unlike other sites, we don't play the middleman. All payments from your customers go straight from their account into yours - no commissions, no delays, and with the safety and security of PayPal's payment infrastructure.
To setup your eKco account to receive payments into your PayPal account, just complete the following steps:
- Login to your eKco account and access your Admin panel
- From the left-hand menu, select Site -> Payments
- Enter the email address for your PayPal account
And you're done! Your eKco account is now setup to receive payments.
If you prefer to use a specific merchant account / payment gateway instead, please send us a request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to look at how we can support you further.
Currently, eKco only charges in USD. We are looking to add support for other currencies in the future.
After you've spent a bit of time with eKco, you'll see that there is a lot that you can customize about your account to truly make it your own. You'll want to experiment a bit to find the best combination to suit you and your business, but here's a quick overview of what you can customize:
- Custom logo,
- Font family,
- Font colors,
- Button colors,
- Social media buttons,
- Site background,
- Footer pages (e.g. About Us, News, etc.),
- Home page (with our custom-built home page editor),
- Site title & tagline,
- Gallery heading, and
- Domain integration.
